We are writing after attempting over several months (June, July and August), nine phone calls (06/18 – three on this day at 12:55; 12:57, 1:02, and 2:36 PM but no message was able to be left as system hung every time; 7/15-LM; 07/16-LM; 07/25-LM; 07/30-LM with answering service; 08/08-LM) resulting in leaving five messages, one of them with the answering service (as verbalized by individual who answered and indicated they were the answering service) and a letter sent on August 18, 2024. To date, we have received no communication from anyone with Twinsburg Dental Associates except two more bills. We keep getting a bill (see copy of bill) and are not clear why. Our repeated attempts to call and write seeking clarification on why we have a bill with two insurances on record have gone unmet. We have one visit this year. We continue to get bills indicating we owe $74 but there is no indication why we owe anything. Our EOB from our primary insurance (Delta Dental of CA - Tricare) (see copy of EOB) indicates as the patient we owe nothing. When we looked under any claims with the secondary insurance through spouse Delta Dental of OH), there are no claims. We are disputing this bill.Business response
