      When the above installed the transmission they did it carelessly and broke several wiring harnesses and other parts that is causing the vehicle to not work properly. I took it back to them to fix the problem and they said they had to take pictures and see if the warranty would fix it (they didn't even check what was wrong, not a warranty issues). So i had to get the vehicle back to use which i had to call many times to see what was going on took forever for a response. So then my son broke down going to school and had to get towed (which i told him to take it to a dealership in Lima *** ***). This is where we found out what was actually going on and now it will take almost $2,ooo to fix what ********'s Auto broke when installing the transmission.

      ********'s Auto installed a reman transmission for ****** ***** on 12/31/2021. Customer was updated the transmission has a 3 year warranty with the manufacture (Movairs). On Monday Sept 19,2022 customer texted our shop cell phone requesting all warranty & receipts of the truck repair. I myself (******* ********) pulled off all information for ****** ***** she picked up the documents on Sept 22,2022 roughly 9am. That morning of Sept 22,2022 customer stated it had to be towed to a garage in Lima,Ohio. I ******* ******** checked with our commerical manager with Auto Zone where the orginal transmission was purshased and I was told that if the transmission has a defect then it has to come back to the garage that did the install. By this time that ****** ***** had asked that the truck had already been towed to a Lima,Ohio shop.  Customer stated the transmission is not working correctly I instructed Ms ***** she neeeded to make a claim online with Movairs per AutoZone.   Through many texts with Ms ***** back and forth through out Sept she found that the truck did not have internal transmission issues. She sent us pictures of neutral/park safety switchon the sideof the transmission. Which customer stated we left damaged.  It was explained to customer that if that swithc was damaged or unplugged the truck would have not left in Dec- 2021.  and the shift indictaor on the dash board would not have worked also.And a engine light code would be on the dash board which was not the case when the truck left ********'s Auto shop on Dec 23,2021. My husband (owner ***** ********) told Ms ***** that the park switch through GM is 72.00 and she stating that the garage in Lima Ohio wanted 1800.00 to fix the issue. She was told if she would like to bring it back to ********'s Auto ***** would fix the issue but we would not take the word of another garage.  Customer was told we stand behind our work but the truck as to come back to us. She demanded us to pay the tow bill to have truck towed from Lima Ohio to Urbana,Ohio. Which we denied payiing the tow bill. At the begining of this ordeal customer kept stating its the transmission. And the truck has been in driving order for 7 months.  Customer states the trransmission was installed incorrectly. Which again was explained to ***** that is not likely or the truck would have not left on Dec 23,2021.  Last conversation I (******** ******** ) had with customer was Oct 24,2022 at 12:02pm. She yelled stated we did terrible work and she would be contcating BBB.

      I am rejecting this response because: they broke more than just one item and that is whybit is costing 1867.21 total. The garage in Lima has never done me wrong and has went above expectations. ******** auto was taken the truck prior to this issues and had it for a week and never even looked at it.
