Fetz plumming replace a toilet seal last summer june july time frame i hade everything done when the plummer arrived. Total approx 30 min tops. 164 dollars, paid the bill with alittle note. This weel April 18th notice some water leakage. Rmoved cap from .tolet hold down bolts and one very loose, the was not even on the bolt. Tighten them down ,then nreplace part on a ceiling in spare bathroom directly below. And they charge for thisBusiness response

We always appreciate feedback from our customers, including that of Mr. ****** We are committed to offering quality work. After reviewing the complaint, we wish to offer the following factual information:
1) We repaired Mr. *****'s toilet in August of 2022 -- no leaks were detected after the various parts were replaced and assembled.
2) Mr. ***** paid the 162.00 in full (Invoice #*****).
3) Our call log has no indication of Mr. ***** or anyone from that address/phone number calling to register a complaint or concern regarding the toilet.
4) The first indication of Mr. *****'s concern surfaced through BBB on April 24, 2023 (Complaint #********). This is over eight months since the work's completion without any concerns communicated to the management of Fetz, Inc.
5) Multiple variables are unknown to Fetz, Inc. including the toilet's usage, any attempted repairs by others outside of Fetz, Inc, and the status of the structure supporting the toilet (floor materials, etc.). As a result, we are unable to verify liability.
6) Based on the above, it is unjustifiable to reimburse Mr. ***** in full as he requested. However, we are willing to reimburse him 50% of the cost ($81).
Fetz, Inc. looks forward to rectifying this situation with BBB and Mr. ******

22 August 2022 Plumber loosened and removed the whole house filter canister and inserted the new filter which I provided. No parts were provided by Fetz. Nothing was repaired. The entire transaction took less than 5 minutes. I was charged $239. They said it was because the plumber came twice. He came twice because, as he said, he did not bring the right tool he should have the first time.Business response

10.13.2022 BBB received notification from business via phone that consumer's credit card was charged $199.00 consumer was given partial credit.Customer response

The company reduced the bill from $239 to $199. While I believe this is still excesive for three minutes of labor (no parts, no repairs) loosening a fixture. I don't believe further pursuit of this complaint will be fruitful. I will not pursue it further.
