  I e have talked to 2 different managers 1 of the medical supply side and one over all of the business at hocks pharmacy and they are lying to me about what they carry because I’ve been getting the equipment for 4 months from them they are telling me they have never carried I am fed up and want to talk to mr ***** who I understand is the owner this is ******** location thie equipment I’m getting is paid by Medicare

  We have delivered neb sets and masks to the patient for a few months now. We only carry the one brand. We understand the brand/style we have in stock is not the brand/style she would like. However, we are not able to order the one she likes. The managers have explained to her that this is all we can provide at this time, but she insists on the other brand. We have also given her at least 2 masks free of charge, but she was still not happy. We do not like to push business away, but suggested trying other stores to see if they have the ned set/mask she prefers.
