Business owner was dishonest with me about the work that he would do he came over and I gave him a very detailed explanation of what I wanted in regards to cleaning out a garden bed he gave me a quote when he got over I guess he realized that the job was harder than he thought it would be I did a pretty half job before he left I let him know that was pretty unhappy with the services and then he didn’t do what he agreed to do and then he tried to sell me more services to finish the job rather than honoring the quote or doing the job that we had previously agreed on but what he did say he would do would come back and spray weed killer for us one more time when I contacted him and let him know that I wanted him to go ahead and come back and spray it as he previously agreed he let me know that he would come back that following Monday he never showed up and then refused to respond any further correspondence with me.Business response

First and foremost the attached pictures are the before and after pictures of the garden bed as well as the original quote. To start off as you can see in the quote was clean garden bed, dump fee, soft wash. As you can see in the pictures that’s exactly what we did. I must add the dump fee was for a larger brush, we ended up having a truck bed full, but we did have 3 to 4 yard bags on the curb with smaller brush. We ran the yard bags by the customer which she did approve of in person, but she did state in the review on Facebook that she was unhappy with that. The mistake on my part was the non-detailed quote but I must add we did what the quote said. I stated the following Monday I would come back and spray for weeds if Needed but I would not add work for free. She agreed but then continued to try to argue with me over text. After two years of doing this kind of work I haven’t ran into such a bad ***** or a rude and argumentative liar. After communicating with my colleague we decided it would be more professional to cease communication with the customer and part our ways. She is most definitely entitled to her reviews as it does not affect us with such a large workflow but she should not lie about what happened and make it seem like we did not do any work for her. In conclusion we got the work done as proof In the pictures and she was to argumentative to continue working for and communicating with.

I am rejecting this response because:
First and foremost I think it is apparent that he is clearly not a professional businessman based solely on his response is a response calling me a ***** ( name calling is not the sign of a reputable person) he then goes on to state that I’m a liar when I do actually in fact have proof via the text messages that I attached in my original complaint clearly showing that he did promise to come back and spray them for more weeds for free and then decided that he didn’t wanna do that and that’s when he actually ceased communication with me proving that he did in fact make a promise and did not keep it at least once (although is was several times). The Original dump fee for was much more than what he took when he references having a full bed truck what it was full of with his own equipment that he had showed up within the first place he took almost no debris from my home again leaving the city to pick up some of his work that he did do. I have attached photographs of the work that he didn’t do there is a huge pile in my backyard that he had agreed to do but then later refused to take despite me requesting that he do so numerous times before he left my property. It Was it that time that he refused to do the work he had previously agreed on and was in the original quote for the dump fee and then tried to extort more money for me which I would not give him. If needed I can get a statement from the person who actually came in after him to finish his job we did unfortunately have to hire someone else to finish his work they were able to dig up nine more additional bags of debris ( because he only took some surface items and nothing that was rooted in ground or along the fence) just from the garden bread that he’s stating he cleaned the next person filled (and took 9 additional larger bags). It’s ironic that after being lied to and cheated by this company he simply name calls and tries to brag about how he doesn’t need my business. It’s a sad excuse for a “company” more like a one man show ripping people off.

I am not arguing with this lady she clearly has nothing better to do. Me and my 6 employees on the other had have work to do. Thank you and if you want a good landscaping company that doesn’t put up with crap you know who to call!
