On March 13 I called to cancel policy k3995742 I told them on phone since I paid for the month let run until the end of the term and cancel I was switch companies they sent me a form I signed it and sent it back same day they send me a bill for the next month I figure it crossed in the mail later I get a letter saying my policy was canceled and a owe them ***** for part of the following month I was covered on another insurance not paying for two they said they never got my letter I signed and sent backBusiness response

We do not have record of a request made to our office prior to the phone call on 3/28/24. There is no record that we sent a form to Mr. **** as stated in his complaint and we use a management system that would have documented this information. Our staff member asked Mr. **** to send us a copy of his new policy and we can use that to get the policy on the correct cancel date. Mr. **** declined to do so and terminated the call. That would still be a solution to the issue and we will work with the carrier to cancel on his requested date.
