      Bought tickets to the event on October 30, 2023. The total was $204 with the $10 parking pass. The show was absolutely nothing at all as described. It stated we would be greeted by a “conductor” and “stowaways” who would show us to our seat. There were no stowaways, only a frazzled conductor who had no idea where we should go. The big screen was a tiny projector screen which we could barely see from the balcony. The sound was absolutely horrible-we could not understand a word of the movie or the person talking on stage. We paid $25 each for goody bags that were supposed to contain a drink and snacks for the children. They did not. It was advertised to be an interactive experience. There were a couple children who came up to the balcony for about two minutes and danced around a little bit in lit up capes. That was the extent of anything for the children in the balcony. There was absolutely nothing “magical” or “interactive”. My four-year-old asked to leave after 15 minutes because it was “boring “. I told him maybe we should stay because Santa Claus was probably going to come and would love to see him. Santa came out at the end and the VIP children were brought up to him and there was no mention of any other children coming up to see him. I sent a request for a refund via Facebook messenger and left a review on the Moxie events page. I was promptly blocked and my message ignored. I also sent several emails, requesting a refund and left at least two messages at the office for Jennifer Campbell to please call me back. I have been completely ignored. The order number is 24528 I saw the ad for the show on November 20 on the DeYor Performing Arts Center, Facebook page who told me they had nothing to do with the show except as a venue. If you look at the Facebook page of the DeYor Performing Arts Center where they advertise for the show, you will see several other people with the same issues I have. Thank you.

      Went to new year's event at ******** ********. The evening was a disaster. They overbooked the event, they ran out of food because they overbooked, NO ******* show as advertised, food was burnt, no party favors, had to ask for our dessert and champagne and we had to share it. Also, it was hard to hear the actors because NO mics on their costumes and people were talking because they didn't know what was going on. I wasted hard earn money for this uncoordinated event. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ENTERTAINMENT. STAY AWAY. ZERO STARS...this is a fraudent business...

      We are aware of this guest. We spoke to him numerous times on the phone after the event. We offered a Moxie Gift Card in the amount he spent to use towards a future event. He declined. At the event, he was also compensated with a fresh plated meal and beverages. He harassed our office weeks and yelled at our staff for things that were out of our control.

      I WANTED A FULL REFUND FROM THE INVOICE I SENT THEM.  APPROX $160.00 THAT IS WHY I WAS UPSET WITH THEM.  I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND.  THEY OFFERED ME AND MY FRIENDS ABOUT FIVE $25 GIFT CARD FOR OTHER EVENTS.  I DIDN'T WANT THAT, JUST A REFUND. THESE COUPONS WOULD OF NOT COVER THE COSTS OF ANOTHER EVENT ANYWAY AND DIDN'T WANT TO GO TO ANY OTHER EVENTS..  I WILL CONTACT CONSUMER PROTECTION AND AND STATE ATTORNEY TO LOOK INTO THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.  IF A FULL REFUND IS GRANTED, THAT WILL SATISFY US.

      I purchased event tickets in July 2022.I was notified event was canceled via email.I spoke to ***************** event coird to get a refund .after sendinng 2 emails..On Jan 13 I was advised to call ******** at *************.I reacher her asked for refund. She said she could send me a check.It couldnt be put on my credit card as it has been to long. I received nothing.I left a message for ******** with who ever answered at the ************ number. As of today 2-10-23 no refund no call.I also called ****************** where the event was scheduled and cancelled. I called today spoke to *****, put on hold. Again said I would get a check.verified my address.She keeps getting kicked out of ticketing system. She agered to send it out today.I heard that a month ago.sShe verified my name, address, event and amount today. Will it really be mailed or will it bounce?? So frustrated.

      This guest was mailed a check the day she posted submitted this complaint. I would appreciate a follow up from the guest regarding the matter. I have not heard from her since that day.
