      I've contacted Panera Bread, several times (via phone and email) regarding my complaints. I was told that I would be contacted within 3-5 business days. I initially contacted Panera's Customer Service on March 30, 2023. After 5 days passed, I contacted them again because their General Manger ( the person who was supposed to contact me, never did). Today is April 14, 2023 and no one has contacted me. The Incident Number that I was given is: ********. The problems that I experienced are: On March 29, 2023, I ordered food items on Panera's App. I received an email saying that there would be a delay in completing my order. Shortly after that, I received a second email saying to come inside and my order was ready. I went inside and looked on the Pick Up shelf, but my order was not ready. After waiting a long time, I went to the back of the restaurant and asked what happened to my order? I was told that the Peperoni was frozen and hadn't been unthawed-- and I was offered frozen pepperoni on my pizza or I could choose something else. I asked to speak with the manager, and the lady said that she was the manager. I chose the chicken salad sandwich. I asked for mixed greens on the replacement sandwich and tomato basil bread. I was given lettuce on my sandwich, approximately two teaspoons of chicken salad on each half (see the attached photo), and white bread. And I didn't get the bag of chips that came with the sandwich. Furthermore, my original order of French Onion Soup didn't have any cheese in it, and it had gotten cold from the long wait. Also, the bread that came with the soup was unwrapped (unsanitary) , and I didn't get the extra container of salad dressing that I ordered for my salad.

      Entered by BBB Staff - lj Consumer cancelled her ******** subscription online July 3rd. It was free for the first month. Consumer received confirmation while she was online that it was cancelled. . She would not be charged. Consumer checked her **************** card online Saturday August 6. $11.15 charged on her account July 20th. ******** renewal charge for the next month. She did not receive an email that it was renewed. She contacted **************** at ************. Spoke with Georgia. Also spoke with ****** and ****** at the Seven Hills Location. The charge shows Seven Hills location. Consumer told it was a Rapid Pickup charge. Nothing was picked up. Also spoke with ******* at *****************. Consumer told she would be issued a credit and cancel her subscription. Consumer then received an E mail from EM. Could not issue a credit.

      Hello,On November 27th I placed a mobile order that included a full Fuji Apple Salad with chicken. Instead of a full salad I received a half salad.Normally I wouldn't file a complaint like this but I emailed Panera Bread a week after the incident stating my problem but the company never replied. A couple weeks later I emailed them again but the company still failed to reply. What lousy customer service.Attached is my original receipt.Thank you

      The manager has reached out to the guest and replaced his order and in addition given him an extra credit. I, the Director have also reached out to the guest and am awaiting a response.

      I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
