I had an estimate done by Buckeye Concrete to have my garage floor epoxy. Estimate was done by **** ******** April 22, 2024. No color epoxy was picked out or date was scheduled. He told me half down was due to even be considered to be put on schedule. We talked about possibly end of June. After looking at other epoxy garage floors I decided it wasn't what I wanted. Per contract I have the right to cancel so I called **** *******'s mid may and told him I had changed my mind and would like a refund. He said he would have owner of company ( ***** ) contact me. I did not hear from ***** so I tryed contacting him a week later. After many text, phone voicemails and emails to ***** and **** *******'s..***** finally called and assured me check would be in the mail by June 1st. On June 5th I tryed contacting Buckeye Concrete again and was hung up on so I reached out to **** ******** again by text. **** ******** said he talked to ***** and "sorry for the delay but the check would be sent that day". Still no check and mail from their area to mine would not take more than 2 days. This is very frustrating that they are avoiding the return of my deposit that they have had since April 22, 2024. Again epoxy color was never decided on or picked out cause I wasn't given samples that I had asked for and no date scheduled..they just took my deposit. I would never do business with a company that has this kind of customer service! I just need my deposit of 1925.00 returned to me or I will have to take Buckeye Concrete to small claims court which I would like to avoid.Business response
