I took my vehicle to have a transmission installed and they broke parts as well as charged me for work that's non existent on my make and model. They failed to tighten parts and it caused the part to Crack and have to be replaced, they left wires, nut, bolts and etc loose or completely missing. I called the owner Dan M****** he agreed to pay for the cracked bracket, I have it in writing within a text message then he refused to make things right said take him to court so I am but. I believe being an army veteran and mechanic myself that a customer should at the least get what they pay for. I guarantee not one of the bolts, nut, and etc are tightened within their own torque specifications. I discovered a bolt/nut loose on my front passenger control arm while at a return visit right after my transmission change before i I began noticing all the issues with the quality and craftsmanship of the work done on my vechicle. They tore the rubber protective boot on my front passenger side axle and broke control arm and ball joint, Big Dan said $75 to press a bearing in that comes pressed already into the upper control arm broke My wiring to alternator, other electronics were left loosely hanging exposed to engine heat and the elements the black plastic protective tubing should have been replaced I'd much rather had paid for something additionally needed instead of having to pay a separate mechanic to redo Big Dan's Garage's subpar work on my vehicle. I spent at the least 8 hours personally going over and making corrections myself including the removal and re installation of the battery which was in the opposite way as required. I have pictures of everything including the text messages between Big Dan, The other Mechanic Tim "The Toolman" and myself.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.
I do not appreciate the slander whenever his business is a front for moving  I never returned to his shop once he was untruthful in keeping his word about at least paying for the parts I have all my receipts as well as ******** and etc all the parts on the front besides very few have been recently replaced so that's a lie also he's trying to state the rubber protective boot he or his un trained under qualified employees broke and tore the rubber off it was less than a year old and still under warranty which I took back and swapped out had he and his employee not been so messed up on something to the point that they were telling opposite sides was needing tye axle replace because of their negligence had it not been for having to buy parts he and his employees broke I would of had the  monies for the additional repairs which ironically were the ones they created
