I hired them to lay tile in two bathrooms. Once the job was complete, My builder sent them the final dollar value. I have asked ******** more than once, for an itemized listing of final costs. I opted for a cheaper flooring done in the master bath but the price went up instead of down. I have not received the final itemized listing and I believe I am owed a considerable amount of money back.

JP Flooring was contracted for this project by ***************** Builders. The customer has questions about the billing between her and the Builder, not JP Flooring. We have supplied all invoicing to our customer, ***************** Builders. Therefore, the customer needs to pursue their billing questions with their Builder.Business response

It is our understanding, as of this morning all information has been provided to the customer to substantiate the necessary credit amount. All credits are being processed and the customer is aware. If that is not the case, please let us know.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The company did call me and we discussed credits, etc. They are supposed to mail me the credit along with the detailed cost break out. If I don't receive by next week, Wed. I should call them back, so for now, I am satisfied.
