      I contracted Degree Lawn & Landscape for lawn mowing and trimming service for my home in **** ******** In September one of their employees hit our fence with a commercial mower casing damage. I have received phone calls and emails from Degree saying the fence would be replaced. As of December 6th, Degree has not repaired or replaced the fence. I have no reply to my inquiries about this matter by Degree. Supposedly one of the owners of Degree "was to look into it" but we have heard nothing. One estimate I have for the fence repair is $2250. Degree is responsible for damage to my property by their employee & equipment.

      I am sorry to hear that my company has not communicated with the customer in a timely manner to resolve this issue or at least keep the customer up to date with the actions taken. My management team had contacted our local fence company to try and get the fence repaired but unfortunately the company we contacted does not supply the customers brand of fencing and was going to help us track down a company that may supply and repair the brand of fence the customer has on the property.  As of today we have not heard back from the fencing company but that is not their fault.  Degree Lawn & Landscape is ultimately  responsible for keeping the customer informed with the process and also following up with the contractor and we have let this customers concerns slip through the cracks.   I have left the Owner a phone message and will get this resolved as soon has he calls back.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business.  This complaint should not be closed.  My fence has not been repaired or replaced.

      I have spoke with the customer and let him know parts have been ordered and paid for.   I'm now waiting on The Fence Company to repair the fence.
