Patrick came out to assist in solving multiple plumbing issues for me. He was so kind and Extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to me on what the issues were and what he was doing. I will be requesting him by name for all future plumbing needs. I was also provided this company via a home warranty after they tried to schedule me with a provider who had Known issues completing work.

They deserve zero stars. Just a terrible company who couldnt repair a small toilet bowl part and caused my ceiling to leak and just left and told us to call warranty and never followed up. I am sorry that the homeowner is not happy, however, she is not accepting any of the responsibility for this issue. Her upstairs toilet has a blockage that a normal auger will not remove. Most likely a foreign object. My tech was not informed about any blockage by the ** and flushed the toilet causing the water to back out over the rim. H would have shut the water off to the toilet if he was warned about the issue first. My tech immediately cleaned up the water on the floor with a shop vac. Also, we contacted the ** immediately after we received a voicemail message from her. Unfortunately the company hires employees who lie and hide information from their employer and was caught lying about the work they did or didnt do. What they said above, is completely false and its disappointing that we have to take legal matters now for this company to own up to their terrible mistakes. Making false claims against us isnt appropriate either. We have enough evidence to validate our concerns. We gave the owner every opportunity to make things right and he refused therefore legal proceedings have begun. A claim will be filed with Old republic home warranty for sending this company to our home.Review from Geoffrey M

Total Plumbing Pro has no customer service. We had a missed appointment with them to do some plumbing work. The missed appointment was my fault and apologized to that fact and requested an appointment reschedule for the following week. I thought all was fine, however I reached back out to them on the very next Monday by text. My final text and phone call the following Friday were cordial, but ignored until the Friday late morning. On Friday, I was told told by ******* by text to call the warranty company they represent and they were not going to do the service. We have a Ring camera video showing the technician showing up during the missed appointment and my wife talking to him over the speaker. The technician walked away from the door ignoring my wife as she was trying to discuss an alternative option in an adult-like manner. He was not interested and turned his back.I gave Total Pro Plumbing the benefit of the doubt to come out to do the service and receive a positive review from me. I think they need a positive review and experience more than anything else at this point. In addition, I informed them that if they wanted another service fee for coming over, I would have paid since the missed appointment was my fault (there is text to this fact as proof). The company reviews on Yelp are overwhelmingly negative for a reason and unfortunately this went the same route as most other reviews for them. Customer service is the lifeblood of any business such as this, but they chose to ignore the customer and not resolve the issue regardless of fault. I've been a business owner for *************************************************** any problem solving to create long lasting relationships.Bottom line: don't waste your time on this company as they do not care about customers or customer service. Just know the company can't handle a simple scheduling conflict to resolve an issue and would rather ignore it.Review from Nina D

I have used this company twice now and they have been wonderful,Working alongside the home warranty companies can frustrating and time consuming. TotalPro is knowledgeable about their services and up-front with changes with work orders and how if may affect the warranty process (even when running into issues mid-job) . I would recommend this company especially to new, first-time home owners. They were Clean and professional And made me feel comfortable when in my home. Highly recommend!Review from Carla N

Total Pro Plumbing did a fantastic job in replacing my water heater. They cleaned up after they were done with the job. I would recommend them
