The staff here is truly exceptional. From the time of my first visit, to the day I moved in has been such a great process. I got the luxury of working with Britani, ******* and ****** and they were all great to say the least. They did a great job explaining everything for me and granting all the small requests I've needed to make the living experience as great as it is. The apartment is such a beautiful space to live in and is in an area where everything is accessible to you within 3 miles. I couldn't have moved to a better place or worked with better people! Highly recommend!

Ive been at ********* at ******* for 3 years and its a great place to live. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the neighbors are always nice, and the grounds are always kept clean. The clubhouse always offers different monthly ******************* for its residents as well as seasonal thank yous for us as well. Its a great place to live.

Living at Caldera for the last 4 years has been fantastic! The property is beautifully maintained with great amenities that make it a joy to live here. The staff is super kind and responsive, and the community is warm and welcoming. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home!

Residences of ******* has been a great place to live. The team (special shout outs to ***** and *****) have been very communicative, friendly and quick to respond to maintenance issues. The amenities are excellent, and the building is well-maintained and clean. I would highly recommend.

We needed an apartment for six months for an executive transition. The Heights seemed to be just right in location, with great unit layout, furniture rental through Cort and various amenities to be enjoyed. **** and ******* have been wonderful, easy to work with and knowledgeable. I think this will prove to be a great space for both our current and future executive.

One particular woman on this leasing team was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and amenities, patiently answering all my questions and ensuring I found the perfect fit for my needs. I loved living here(1 bed, 1 bath option). I have lived here since 2019, and the apartment complex, definitely have saw a lot of changes. The staff at Oak Creek are exceptionally helpful and very responsive. *****, ****, ****** all deserve shoutouts. They are the best staff members I have seen in 5 years of living there. The apartment is priced very reasonably and beats the way more expensive competition that are newer, the hotel style building apartments and even Lake Club right across the road. My rent has never increased a lot maybe 25-50$ a year. The longer you stay the better rates of course, and the longer you renew your lease. The apartment is located in Olentangy School district one of the best in Columbus but every election cycle they try to raise property taxes via levys.. this will affect your rent but is split by all apartment tenants. There is NO RITA(municipality tax), no extra in come tax. The only bills here are Trash(included in rent), Water/Electric and Internet. As a heads up, water/electric is bundled through Pioneer Energy Management and is one bill. PEM does add on about 35-40$ extra in fees(looking at my last bill). Internet is only available through Spectrum. As a single person you are very limited in this regard. I got the promotional rate of 45$ for the base Internet(300 down/10 down) for a year BUT after the promotional rates my 45$ a month went to 65$ then to 75$ then my last two years here of 85$ a month. There are no other options, other than Tmobile/Verizon Mifi/5g provided Internet which are ironically priced about the same(you could try retentions to lower your rate). Other than these two things, the amenities are amazing. The pool is heated and open to September. The gym saved me a ton of money, and offers all the equipment you need to bulk or cut weight. The apartment has plenty of space, washer and dryer hookups, smart outlets, and entrance way closet. I loved living here and only moved because I bought a house.

Everyone at the leasing office is very nice and they made the move in process very easy. So far I’m loving it here at Oak Creek. Safe, quiet, clean, and friendly. These apartments are great and nice area as well. The amenities are also great, so I would recommend it to others.

The Champion Companies has always treated us well! The Heights at Worthington Place is a great community with a great management team. They are always there to help us with any problems and keep the property well-maintained. While I wish there was an option to rent our amenity spaces for larger gatherings, there are plenty of options to welcome a small number of guests with the courtyard, pool area, rooftop lounge, and leasing office. Highly recommend this complex!
