SolarVision used aggressive salesman push to get solar panels for my house in Dec 2022. They did not start the project, yet until 2023 and then told me that the loan must be completed before they could start the project or have to resubmitt all documentation. They sent me an email garantee that everything would be completed and will pay on the loan until complete. However, they have since then had several city inspections which most of them failed. Latest being four months ago. Have not received word back from them and tried calling them on the status; phone disconnected - they keep changing it. In addition, they have caused damaged to my roof, which caused water leaks in the house. they have repaired the leaks and re-plastered the ceiling but the outside patio was never completed. Made several attempts to get them to complete this project but they are the worst company. I need help in getting this project completed since I know that I will not be able to recoop the $62,000 in the loan I was pushed into signing before job completion. I am a retired veteran who suffers from PTSD and anxiety and don't handle pressure sales very good. This company surely has a bad reputation from the last technical who came out and stated they wired the panels wrong and could have burned down the house if they had left them like it.Initial Complaint

We have been getting the run around about NJ ADI registration incomplete. Reg # ***************** This as been a problem for over a year now. Supposedly our project manager Cydney is looking into it, BUT we get no reply. Secondly we are due compensation of $1186.44. We made payment to ********, even through the solar panels were not operational till 8/24/2022. NOW they are not answering the phone, or responding to e-mails!!!!Initial Complaint

They installed the solar panels at my address in July of 2022 they left without saying a word.. A month later I called them and ask what was then holdup; and why they had not called for the inspection. They just gave me the run around, it was always "we have to get the matter to the dependent that takes care of that.",and they would follow that with" we will get back with you". They did not get the finial inspection until 10/2/22, The work was finished,in July., 2022.After the inspection was done it was another month had gone by and they still had not turn on the panels on. I call them and was told they would send out. I did not go for that, so I called a office in FT. Worth, Texas, they told to just throw the switch and that tern on everything on. (my address is 1002 S.Terrace, Temple, Texas 76501) My electric bills are going higher and higher October $272.65 and November, was $312.83 dollars; and I have to Vision solar $5 to Dividend Finance for the work Vision Solar. I was Paying less before I got the Panels.And I never received the App that tells me how much the panels are putting out. Oncor (electric co.) told the panels are not putting very much electric.
