Wonderful job. Sean V** **** came out and gave us information and answered all of our questions. Job done in the timeframe Sean mentioned. Crew was hard working and very careful through out the day. Jonathan [the ground supervisor was friendly and helpful throughout. Our roof was finished in one day. Even clean up was great. At the end of the job not a scrap of rubbish could be seen. Roof looks great and we are pleased with the job that was done.Review from Bill and Laura H

We would recommend Franciscus Roofing to everyone. Our project manager, Albert is knowledgeable, listens, and is understanding regarding all your concerns. He will communicate to others on your behalf and goes above and beyond in taking care of everything. Our roof is beautiful thanks to their hardworking crew and all their great employees who took care of our siding and gutter needs as well as other necessary tasks. I am very happy with my recent new roof installed by Franciscus Company. It was completed in one day with a crews of 20 people in November 2022. Some how they managed to finish 3,800 square feet home in a day while the sun set at 5:30 pm during fall. They came back the next day to make sure everything is Ok and performed a final touch. The material , color and work were done right and pictures were sent to me to update the progress during the work while I was not home. I later found out one seam valley areas at the sunroom was installed in weaving pattern instead of metal valley through out entire the roof. Since it was in winter and they promised to come back to remove and reinstall with the same metal valley seam. As soon as spring comes they fulfilled their promise. This company do what it takes to make you happy and make sure it is done right. Everyone makes mistakes but they are willing to fix their mistake as your request. Was very satisfied with Franciscus Roofing. They responded very quickly to my inquiry, sent out Jeff who explained everything well and gave us a quote. He then kept us up to date on when the crew would be coming out between changes in weather and the whole tear off, replacing a skylight, and putting on a new roof was done in one day. They confirmed color changes on the day of, when the flashing was looking off with the other colors of the house. Overall very satisfied so far.Review from Bob B

I am more than pleased with Franciscus Roofing. Jeff was great! He was personable, informative and provided details every step of the way. The crew on site was great as well. They got the entire job done in one day, complete tear off and new roof. Their workmanship was great and they left my yard as good as it was when they arrived. I couldn't be happier with the replacement of my roof, rebuild of one chimney, tweaking of second chimney and replacement of gutter guards. Jeff K, was professional from the start, scheduling was easy and of course dependent on weather but the days that were scheduled all ended up being beautiful weather days for being outside. I saw a prior post that was unhappy that some of the crews were subcontractors. I would rather have Franciscus sub out the chimney and gutter work to companies that solely focus on these services. the chimney and gutter crews were professional and I am very happy that Franciscus aligns themselves with such talented companies for services they offer but feel is better to sub out than do themselves. The Franciscus roof crew leader had been at the company for decades and led a professional complete tear-off of two layers of roofing materials. Jeff knew that replacing the roof before winter was paramount for me (I just purchased the house) due to the damage that was visible to even me - a non-roofer! To sum, if you are looking for a professional roofing company that schedules upfront, communications are clear from bid to end, Franciscus is your company.Review from Jeffrey S

Very professional organization to deal with. Communication between the company and my project manager, Jeff Koehler, was excellent; I couldn't have asked for anything better. The crew did a complete tear off, including new decking, in one day, working about 12 hours. Clean up was right on target with what Franciscus claims. I am very satisfied with the outcome and overall process. I can recommend Franciscus without hesitation.Review from Michelle K
