Ordered a Halloween animatronic on February 17 2023 from scarefactory made a 50% payment of $2865.19 to put in production made second payment of $2865.18 end of July when I was told it was ready to be shipped. Have not received it or tracking info and now no one answer the phones after many attempts to contact . Invoice #****Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a product from Scarefactory on 5/4/22 at which point I paid half of the invoice. On 7/9/22 the owner, ***** *******, contacted me and stated the product was ready to ship. I paid the second half of the invoice on 7/11/22 and have not heard from him since. Many emails and phone calls have been ignored and the product was never shipped. I have requested a refund but that request was ignored as well. My total loss to Scarefactory is $4438.87Initial Complaint

I purchased an animatronic from company, upon inquiry I was told item would be shipped out the next day after payment in full. He checked in twice to make sure he received our check on August 4th,2022. We have not heard anything else from the company since they cashed our check. I have called and emailed repeatedly and am ignored. I don't even want the product as it will not arrive in time for our haunt. I just need a refund of 6.7k that we paid.
