I ordered from this Dr Stefani neck cream that she has a line of face creams, on May 13th 2024, I received the product on May 17th I paid $152.99, I tried the product out the same day I received it and the next morning and I had severe side effects to the product I tried to get in touch with her on May 18th 2024 and she would not answer back I called her cosmetic office and the manager got in touch with her and she got back to me and sent me a label to return it the date was May 21st 2024 ,I mailed out the package back to her on the same day May 21st 2024 I have photos of her label that she sent me to use, I have a receipt from The UPS store showing that I used that label I also have a photo of her company receiving it on May 23rd 2024 ,before June 1st I contacted her about my refund she said that they only do refunds twice a week so I waited on June 6th 2024 she emailed me and said that I never sent the product back that I never used her label and that I did not send it out within the 10-day. Which I have photos that that is not true I have the UPS store receipt with the same tracking as her label that I sent out the same day that she sent the label to me she's just trying to get out of giving me a refund I have sent her pictures of the label she sent me with the tracking number , which is the same tracking number on the receipt I have from The UPS store sent the same day as when she sent me the label I have a picture of the United States Post office having my return delivered to her on May 23rd it's all done before her 10-day period of receiving her label I have emails that prove of me constantly contacting her and she sent me a final email saying that she was not going to give me my refund because she can't find the product or the tracking number and says I never did it in the 10-day period Which is a complete lie! I feel that she never did want to refund my purchase that I returned in fact the tracking number is **********************
