I purchased an axle in April order ******. It arrived on time and as advertised. Being a used axle I did not know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The unit was removed from original vehicle completely in tact brake lines and all associated wires carefully removed and tie wrapped in place. I had the old unit out and new installed in approx 4 hours. I would purchase from them again.Review from Monty M

Order the part from these guys in January because part was supposed to be delivered in 7 to 10 business days part never arrive so start calling daily was told that part was on truck ready to be delivered so now were in the February part still not there Im telling these people Im having surgery March 15 I need this part now so i can have in truck before surgery. Axle arrives two days after surgery on the 17th cant do anything for for five months because of the cast its on my arm and all the rehab so I can use my hands to make a long story short try to put axle in it was wrecked so bad that it is spun the axle tubes inside the differential housing and I cant use it try to make a warranty claim after being told the whole time that the water at the 10 day install after receiving dont worry about it because soon as I activate the warranty that will be the 10 days have an activated warranty yet tried to make a claim through the warranty department now theyre going back on their word and theyre lying and nobody will get back to you and theyre hanging up on you when purchased the front axle was told that it had 51,000 miles so I paid extra for that axle for the less miles and when I got it it looked like it been sitting in a salt swamp submerged in water it was so rusted I had to cut the castle nuts off the axle throw everything away with axle housing and its no good trying to get through and talk to these people is a joke do not do business with them theyre liars theyre thieves and they oughta be taken off-line so Im out of $2600 with these peopleThe managers name is Tony M*** so if you guys can find him call him in a rash the **** out of him this place is crooked and people need to know how crooked it is regret doing business with them my God Im regretting it so badReview from Kelly B

The worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I ordered an axle and not only did they send the wrong one, but they sent the wrong one TWICE and now will not return my calls.Review from Michael J

This company is completely untrustworthy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered an axle...the wrong axle was sent. The axle was covered is rust like it was sitting in salt water for years. I asked for a picture and they sent one with a plastic cover...to hide the rust. Reguardless...the axle was wrong...I asked for them to return my money. They did not...they asked to replace the axle which I agreed to at that time. They did not replace it or give my $2850 refund. Terrible servie...terrible company. I have tried to send emails...phone calls...etc...with no return calls or emails for over a year! Unbelievable...do not recommend this company in any way...they are thieves!...stay away!Review from K. N.

I ordered an axle by mistake and canceled the order within two days of placing original order. They kept 25% of the total order and claimed this is restocking fee. I even received an email stating order was delayed so I know nothing on their end was pulled or shipped. I guess I could understand if you returned a part but to charge 25% just for canceling order on their end is ridiculous! I will never use their services even if they were the only ones who have what I need. I will also let everyone know how they do business and to BEWARE!!Axleshopper Response

The complainant purchased a used axle from us on 03/28/2022 and is requesting a full refund.The complainant purchased a used axle on 03/28/2022 and it was cancelled on 03/30/2022. The specific sections of the Terms and Conditions state as follows:Line 3: All returned parts or cancelled orders are subject to a 25% handling and restocking fees plus customer assumes all shipping costs.All the Terms and Conditions of the Free Warranty are prominently listed here: https:****************************** The complainant agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Free Warranty with the purchase of the Axle. Since the complainant did cancel their order, they were refunded on 03/30/2022 in the amount of $1563.75 which reflect 25% handling and restocking fee from their original purchase amount. The complainants request for a full refund is not approved. I understand the statement you have have provided in your response but you as a company should listen to your customer's issues. There could be mitigating circumstances and there definitely is regarding my issue. As you acknowledged in your response, my order was canceled by me two days after placing original order. I also stated to your customer service representative that the reason for canceling was due to the fact I had mistakenly ordered two different parts for which I no longer needed the part from you. Your company also sent me an email stating the order would be delayed. Nothing was pulled on your part and nothing was returned on my part. Had I returned a part I could understand your statement but since order was canceled so quickly, it is wrong to keep people's money. It's a scam. That's why you have a HORRIBLE rating! It is my fault for not researching your company prior to ordering in the first place. It is now my mission to make people aware of how you do business!Review from ZACH H

0 STARS PERIOD. 2.5 MONTHS IN AND THEY SENT THE WRONG AXLE. TOOK A MONTH TO GET IT. NOW A MONTH AND A HALF TO TRY AND GET MY MONEY BACK. THIS COMPANY IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST COMPANY OUT THERE. I CANNOT EVER GET ANYONE TO CALL ME BACK. I CALL OFF OF MY BUSINESS PHONE NO ANSWER, CALL OFF MY CELL I GET AN ANSWER THEN SIT ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES JUST TO BE TOLD WE WILL CALL YOU BACK. I HAVE TO LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES FOR A DALE J**** WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN CHARGE AND NEVER A RESPONSE. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. BIGGEST FRAUDS IN THE MARKET.Axleshopper Response

The complainant alleges that we had sent them the wrong axle. After further review, we did issue a full refund to the complainant on 04/20/2022 in the amount of $1135.00. 3 months in, STILL no product. First delivery was not the axle I ordered, had to send it back and they will not resend the correct axle until they have delivery of the wrong one back. It has now been a month and NO one will answer my questions, return calls, or give me an answer on what is going on. LONG wait times and poor service, no one seems interested in helping. The "defendant" failed to disclose just how many attempts at communication were made, voicemails left, requests for help were left unanswered, questions were not able to be dealt with, ect. There was ZERO attempt at communication from ANY department at this company throughout the 3 month ordeal. I was told I would not recieve my "correct" product (that I was told to be IN STOCK) until the wrong one was recieved back to them for fear that I "may have stolen something off the product." So as a consumer I was called a thief due to their negligence in sending the wrong item. Mind you shipping for these items is 7-9 days each way due to the size and weight so my customer was forced to wait without his vehicle an additional month during what was suppsed to be a two to three week repair. I was issued a refund, but ONLY after I requested a chargeback, but that was after over 20 (literal) phone calls to this business, several unanswered emails, about 5 or 6 voicemails and MANY times of being hung up on, dropped calls, and over 45 min wait times on two occasions. When asked to speak to ANY manager in ANY department, on the phone directly, not one time was anyone available to speak. I was only left to leave voicemails that were never responded to. Several weeks after shipping the incorrect item back (as requested) using the provided ***** return label, the compamy could not give any explanation as to where the item was or if they had even recieved it. The label did not provide a tracking number. So once again, because they could not find the wrong item, they refused to send me the correct item. At this point it was April 4th and the order was placed January 21st. I have written this review due to the incompetance of management at this company, aggravation of wasting hours of my time trying to track, find, and locate the product I was promised, the extremely poor customer service, lack of communication, and accusation of theft as a reason not to send the correct item to the consumer.Review from Alan A

I couldn't leave a zero star rating. These people are far and away the most fraudulent company I've ever dealt with. I'm very glad I purchased with a credit card and disputed the charge. Do not deal with them as they will quote a good usable part then send you a painted piece of rusty junk. They never even picked up the axle after I was granted a rebate by my credit card company since they knew that they sent me junk but yet disputed giving a rebate at every juncture. They attempted to pick up the axle before I won the dispute as.they attempt to get it back and then charge huge freight costs when their website promotes free shipping. Not helpful....through research I believe they have various fake companies in different states with a sole purpose of defrauilding customers. I wish I had checked their reviews BEFORE purchase as I could have saved a large hassle and waiting on my credit back to my card for a few months. I won but hope to save others from the irritation!
