      I bought a 2013 **** s4 and was initially happy with how everything went. I had ***** as my sales representative and was very happy with how he treated me and is not the reason for the low rating. 5 stars for ***** and sales department. But on the other hand for the service side, not so much. The first weekend I had it, I noticed a decent sized oil leak. Took it in that Monday and they looked at it. They ordered the part that they thought was the culprit. Turns out it wasn't so I went back to let them know it wasn't fixed. I was told they would talk to the used car manager to see if they wanted to fix it. Now I understand it's a used car and obviously not expecting perfection. But with this size of an oil leak, you would think they would've seen it when they first initially did a used car inspection before putting it on the lot for sale. And if they weren't going to fix it, at least put a disclaimer somewhere stating it had a decent sized oil leak. I have not been reached back out to yet and don't expect to be. So to summarize, I recommend their sales team, but their service, not so much. I would recommend a second opinion from a trusted mechanic before purchasing a used vehicle from them. That's something I should've done

      I had purchased a Dodge caravan 2017 from this dealer. After owning the car I ended having major problems. Upon contacting the company they attempted to fix these repairs for over a week plus with major lack of communication. I brought my car into them 4 times for it to be corrected and fixed and this request was not completed. I asked myself to the service department because the front and back bumper were falling off if the car was crashed. And was given the response no. This dealer failed to disclose this information and withheld it. Secondly the car gets less than 18MPG due to break-in period of the car. This concern was also not handle correctly. The manager ***************** was extremely rude to me to the point he would not let me talk and said Im harassing him to not call his store and he will call me when he finishes paperwork regarding the outcome. His receptionist as he said gave him information regarding me which what the receptionist relayed to **** was not at all what I said I gave camera footage from my security cameras of the phone calls recorded. At this point I was extremely disrespected due to a store manager and another employee being extremely unprofessional for an example *** the store manager state the employee was upset throwing there hands in the air this is unprofessional and would be in my place of business if an employee did this action. I realized the situation was not correct and the car still had major problems even after the dealer stated they fixed it. I had them decided to pull a car fax and discovered the car was wrecked out of state. When the title was transferred to **** from ************* as *** states there was a discrepancy I had confirmed the information with Ohio and ************* title office. The discrepancy was on College hills Honda. I am extremely not satisfied due to this unsafe car was sold to me. I would like my 1,200$ deposit back from the car since *** purchased the car back. Provide all camera footage of all calls.

      This issue was resolved as we did purchase the including tax, fees and $1,200.00 deposit. Once it was all said and done we parted as friends. Sorry that happened and thank you ****** for your research on the history of the Caravan.
