Purchased a Groupon voucher for there services to perform a whole home air duct cleaning for $49 that I redeemed on Oct 3rd. When the crew showed up the assessed the home’s HVAC system & told me that I had 2 mains & 2 returns & that it would cost an additional $89 each which I was fine with if that was the case but when the were done I asked them what they were considering the additional mains were they were referring to the plenum & the supply drop. I disputed this with the technician and he was adamant that they were. To avoid confrontation I paid for the charges just to get them out & figured they couldn’t stay in business for a two man crew to clean for over an hour a while home air duct system for $49. After they left I had to return to work but my pregnant wife stopped over later to clean the house because we just purchased it. She called me & said that the AC wasn’t turning on and I tried explaining to her how to use the different thermostat. After work I came to the house and tested everything I could think of to get it running again but with no luck. So I had to call my home owners warranty service I have for them to send out an HVAC tech to take a look for $100 service fee. Turns out it was because the furnace door was never put back on correctly after they cleaned. Then a few days later I was in the process of replacing the refrigerator water line that runs thru a return duct and notice the ducts where a COMPLETE filthy mess. It looked like they just took a shop vac & shoved it down the vents. I was furious & inspected the rest of the ducts and saw the same thing on all the returns. Since then I have called their office multiple times trying to get a refund for the additional mains they charged me for but the person I have spoken too says it’s the boss/owner that needs to refund me & is not sure why he hasn’t yet which after the third time seems like just lip service. Now almost 2 months later I want a full refund and the HVAC tech cost of $100 to fix it.

Very disappointed, came to our house with a referral from a neighbor who showed us the receipt of what was done at his house. Got to our house and charged us $354.95 for the exact same work. I called and all they could say was "oh the neighbor's receipt was filled out wrong". I have a copy of the receipt with everything that was done and at the bottom of the receipt it clearly said coupon applied $99.95. Plus, the sealed our cat in one of the cold air returns and left. I will be attaching both receipts.

The issue was a misunderstanding between Premium Air Solutions and the home owner. I have reached out to them and together we resolved the issue. They are pleased.
