Today I placed an online order through the company website, #********************** for pick up at a local store. I selected from the available time slots, received my order confirmation and notification of withdrawal from my bank account. I drove during my lunch hour and waited in line for my turn. I then explained to the employee I was there for a order pick up. The employee stated they do not offer that service. I stated I didn't understand, why would the company offer it if the store did not. I asked how I received a refund and the employee stated he had no idea. I asked if I could talk to the manager and he stated he was the only one there. I asked for a number of the district manager and he did not have it. He then called the manager on the phone and asked I could get my money back. She stated that "in a few days it will show as a non-picked up order and be refunded" I then asked for the corporate number and she told me to google it. I did so, the individual that answered insister that I couldn't be refunded because my order was "pending" I would have to pick up my order and return the items. I again explained what had happened and she told me to contact my financial institution. After 20 minutes of discussion she cancelled my order, however she stated it could take 7-10 days for my money to be returned. My entire lunch hour was wasted in addition to another 20 minutes of phone conversation with the corporate office.
