Curious if ***** and the finance department, Andrew has misled and mis treated any other elderly customers recently. The experience of my mother-in-law was atrocious. She was completely taken advantage of with the purchase of a "certified" car that literally died right after she drove it off the lot, which caused a tow to be called and a new battery to be installed. I now have the car in my possession and everything Dutro said was o.k., was certainly not. Additionally, the finance dept misled and deceived by giving a much higher than asking price, a horrible rate, and misleading payments. I am not from Zanesville, so, I honestly don't know if this is standard for Dutro. One would think that a dealer in such a small market would want honest people working for them. I am writing this on behalf of my mother in law. So Dutro will not now or will not ever find me in their customer database.Review from rick s

Dutro Ford Service Failure, I experienced Very Poor management/supervision at Dutro Ford Service department, I had been getting all service, maintenance work performed on my F350 diesel from 2019 through 2022 at Dutro Ford's Service Department. During the last two years they serviced my truck I keep seeing a few drops of oil under the truck when parked in my garage. All vehicle checkup reports said everything was great no issues found but this had been going on for several oil changes at Dutro Ford. I finally crawled under the truck myself to see if it was only a little oil dripped from the oil & filter changes they had performed. What I found was the bottom of oil pan completely covered with oil that by the appearance had been accumulating over a year from the oil pan gasket leak. I immediately took the truck back to Dutro Ford to have it check and they said yes the gasket is leaking on your oil pan and will cost you over $2000 dollars to fix. I might add conveniently found after the factory Engine and drive train warranty expired. ???. With that I stopped ever doing business with Durtro Ford Service Dept. Curiously the very first time I took the truck to another dealership to have the service done they immediately noted on the report and let me know that I have an oil leak that needs checked under the vehicle. Difference between someone that cared and someone hoping to --- (let you decide).Review from Greg S

Dropped my car off for a 1-2 day repair, 6 weeks went by without no calls, so I called them. I was told to come get my car it was done, went there after hours to get it when I noticed no repairs were done with hail damage, the tail light was busted, and we broke down a 1/2 mile down the rd.They also tried to charge me $500 to pick up my car that was not repaired and in was worse condition.

Hail damage was done by a third party, which informs the customer of a 14 to 21 day completion date. The other repairs were denied by the insurance company and the $500 was the insurance deductible, which until paid, prolonged the vehicle pickup. The third brake light was on back order, which we disclosed and has since been picked up.
