Poorman living was contracted verbal agreement and paid $1200 for restoration of kitchen cabinets on 10/20/2021 and an additional $500 was paid for them to also place backsplash, countertops, faucet, sink, and addition cabinet placement. We agreed that I would provide the material. The total of $1700 was just for their work. This was all paid in full on 10/20/21. They did paint the cabinets and placed the countertops. After waiting about two weeks for them to come finish what they had started they stated they were sick and unable to come we attempted to talk to them and work out an agreement for them to complete the job as they stated they would not reimburse me because they did not have the money, they failed to complete job/fix their work or pay the money back They did not place the doors of the cabinets back in place, the paint is terribly done, they cut the countertops incorrectly, the faucet placed is loose and leaking, they did not complete the backsplash. 12/3/2021 they returned my property and asked that we do not bother them anymore. My kitchen is torn in pieces. I am having to buy new supply and get someone else to fix everything they did. They refuse to return what was paid to them.Customer response
