May 9th, I entered Paper Games and got charged twice for the same item. I didn't notice until the next day and when I went back, they said that they cannot prove I didn't actually buy two. Then another customer cut in line and the cashier ignored me. I made a review on Google and they insulted me.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/26) */ We have no record of this person ever being in our store. All employees were asked about this "event" as soon as the review was published (one day after the alleged event) and none of our 4 employees could recall this person. We have reached out to this person multiple times and received no response, or proof of purchase. This person did not mentioned this alleged "double charge" in any review, complaint, or email until this complaint on BBB (this is the first time we have heard of this). In lieu of any information from this person to help us find/resolve this "double charge" we have reviewed all transactions on May 9th and found no transactions with this persons name (We see names on all CC purchases). If this person reaches out with more information/proof about their alleged "double charge", and we are able to locate the transaction, we would correct the charge immediately. When people refuse to communicate and resort to blasting negativity online it shows they are not interested in a resolution (or are lying). This person is welcome to upload proof of purchase, bank statements, or any other information that proves this event indeed happened.
