I had my john deere d110 taken in to p&k john deere just to put a new belt on it when they called they said it also needed a spindel an it needed to be cleaned the deck so i told them ok , that i needed it fixed so i could mow my yard i paid them 491.34 . after about 30 min of mowing the belt came off so i called them again they came an got it an now they told me it needed a new starter so i told them ok just fix it after 2 weeks i called them an they said it needed a new motor for 874.87 just for the motor i told them no that they were trying to scam me they said if i bought a new one they would take off 5 hours of assement on it i told them no i wanted 500.00$ taken off it that i already paid an they dident fix my mower in the first place .so when i got my new mower the paperwork said 2'906.54 i told them no so i fixed the paper work - 500.00 it would be 2'406.54 an i told their driver he said he would tell them thats the only way i would sign the paperwork that i had allready paid 491.34 for a broken D110 that they broke ! they are scamming people an they are not going to scam me! their was only 1 thing wrong with my mower it needed a BELT they ran my bill up to 2'906.54 witch i am not goin to pay for them brakeing my D110 an not takeing off at least 500.00$ for a new mower them think my old an dont know any better they are wrong!!!!!!!!Business response
