I called to see if a vehicle was available and was told by a man (*****) that they charge 2000 more if you go through your own bank and wont use theirs . I said ok thats not ok so I then called back to speak to someone more experienced but got another man (****) who said the same thing except this time he said its also another 2k if you dont have a trade in lol so yes 4k extra . I said no offense to you but can I speak to a supervisor someone more experienced that can maybe figure this out and he sent me to the internet sales Manager and he said let me check with my boss and Ill call you back ! Instead I started getting text from this person and This dealer saying we cant cut the price unless you go through us or have a trade in . I said well its not fair that you guys have a vehicle listed on carfax and other sites for much less than what your website explains in your (disclaimer) by the way this disclaimer isnt on other sites just theirs ! He then started sending me nasty messages saying well you want the car thats why youre calling us 6 hours away so it wont hurt us you know we have the best right ! Lol who talks to a customer like that ???? Your company literally told me on the phone that we post our cars to get people attention then we tell them the real price when they call of view our own website .. ????????'?? ?????? ???????????????? and misleading so how can we trust you that this car is even a good car and havent been altered in any way etc . I would be very careful dealing with dealers like this ! He said I was belittling his employee because I wanted to speak to someone with more experience. If you apply for a job they want people with experience right ? So why am I not allowed that? I have text messages of the conversation ..He was very rude! even called me being nasty
