    I have been with this insurance company for a number of years. They cover four vehicles, all full coverage as well as our home. In May 2022 we received a notice of a policy change, an unknown person was being added to our policy. Several phone calls with Sabine ******* and John ****** and I'm instructed to contact LexisNexis (Farmers information reporting agency) and file a dispute with them. (I am to fix their mistake), assured by John ****** and Sabine ******* the matter would be resolved.
    June '22 received report from LexisNexis stating fraudulent information came from Farmers. Alerted John ******* Sabine ******** again told the reporting agency is wrong/lying but the matter would be resolved.
    Aug. '22 receive notice of premium increase from 641.00 per month to 932.00. More calls to John ******* office speak to Sabine ******* as apparently John ****** cannot bother himself to resolve this massive mistake. Getting nowhere with Sabine ******* I contact Farmers Insurance legal team; I speak with a professional, well-spoken young lady, Shara. I ask for the name of the area manager to lodge a complaint against John ******* his name is Kirk ****** I can only assume that he cannot be bothered either, since he has not returned any of our calls/messages.
    Farmers Insurance, specifically the office of John ******* Sabine ******* as well as Mr. ******* boss, Kirk ***** are incompetent in handling the details of our policy. Why you trust any of these people to deal with the loss of your home, your car or the loss of a loved one? An unknown person was fraudulently added to our policy without anyone even calling us to verify any facts!! Don't walk, RUN FROM FARMERS and JOHN ***********

    I understand the customer frustration, my staff as well as myself have worked on this issue for countless hours and have been unable to get the driver removed. Farmers Group uses the information provided from the reporting company "LexusNexus" as to who is in the household. We have advised the insured many times to move this issue up the chain of command until it gets resolved. We have given them the phone number of Farmers customer service, our district office as well as the information reporting company. I as an agent have limited capability to remove drivers from a household once they have been added. I understand the customer frustration and offered the solution of excluding the driver from the policy but the customer refused. The customer came to my office on 09/06/22 very irate over the issue. During their rant they admitted that they have had similar issues with this person showing up in their information. We have advised the customer to go directly to the source "LexusNexus of where the information is coming from and get it corrected there.

    Again as a consumer myself I can understand their frustration, however our office has exhausted all avenues we have to correct this issue. We cannot call LexusNexus and change information for the client.

    LexusNexus confirmed fraudulent information came from Farmers. John Brogan nor ANY of his staff (Sabine nor Stephanie) have ever given me any phone numbers except for LexusNexus, in fact, I called John Brogans office (11:45 a.m. Sept. 6). Stephanie told me "He was out and could not be reached", I asked for the number of HIS BOSS, Stephanie replied " He OWNS THE COMPANY AND HAS NO BOSS", I assured her everyone answers to someone. I have never been contacted by anyone from the district office, and John Brogan himself has spoken to me one time concerning this issue. This driver should never have been added. Your office never spoke to me about adding this driver, she was simply added without my knowledge or permission! A solution WAS NEVER OFFERED, please check your records as well as your staff. Sabine Massera sent me an email (Aug. 23, 2022) exact quote as follows " I spoke to exception team leader and we resolve this issue. S******** S****** is out of your household now and you don't need to sign and anything." Notice the date of AUGUST 23, why was $932.00 deducted from my bank account on SEPTEMBER 5 if everything was resolved? Also please note the writing " out of your household now" SHE WAS NEVER IN MY HOUSEHOLD! As for any "RANT"? This person is a minor in high school and has never shown up in any of our information Your company has committed fraud. Your company has stolen money from my bank account. Your company has lied and continues to lie about your negligence and culpability regarding this issue. You cannot call LexusNexus and change information that CAME FROM FARMERS!
