I bought new home from them in June of 2021. Day before closing warranty person walked through home and I pointed out several things that needed to be fixed. I was told keep a list and send to them close to one year and they would fix everything. Sent emails and called them about list. I was told wait until 1 year is up and they will come out and fix everything. Sent list at 1 year. I was told they are behind on warranty work will get with me to repair items on list. 2 1/2 months later they contact me about repairs. I explained my mother passed away in another state days before they contacted me and I was out of state taking care of her belongings. In November they contacted about doors not closing or locking. Sent repairman out. He said no shims in any door frames in home. He was to contact builder and set up with them to come rebuild door frames. Plumber came to replace outside faucet. Nothing after that to set up repairs. At end of March talked to warranty guy about repairs not completed. He said he was no longer handling that but had given info to new person to have completed. Nothing from them. Sent email in June with all correspondence from beginning of moving in that contained list. No response. Sent 2nd email in July still no answer for 2 weeks then I was told they tried to contact me and no response so warranty would not be honored. I never received email nor text nor messages about any repairs. This is poor customer service for work they guaranteed and did so many shortcuts. I have doors I cannot lock or close properly due to poor workmanship. Seams on sheetrock showing and will more than likely ceiling will collapse in garage. Cabinets not level and paint peeling from day 1. Concrete cracked before closing. I paid cash amount of almost ******* and expected to have warranty done if needed. Now they say oh well we got our money you have to pay for repairs we promised would be fixed on your own. They have several lawsuits because of poor workmanship.
