November 15th, 2022 the company Witch Super Center responded to my email regarding an order I placed. The email I received, the entire communication from this company was hostile, threatening, gaslighting, horrendous, as a business owner myself I cant even begin to comprehend how any business could or would ever think its ok to speak to any customer the way I was spoken to under any circumstance. My inquiry with the company was based on an update from the postal service regarding my order which was being returned back to them, the merchant and it was confusing to me as to why. The way I was spoken to, the lack of care, customer service, overall respect as a business was traumatizing. I understand times are changing, but the overall moral within a business should not change regardless of the size of *************. The amount of accusations, belittling, and overall lack of care for the customer by the ********************** was frightening.
