Shortly after placing an order for a full/queen bedset, I realized I needed a king, and so contacted Bella Coastal. Overnight, they canceled my original order and refunded my payment and provided a link to easily order the size I wanted. Friendly emails to boot!Review from Debra B

I decorated our new beach house with the majority of the items for Bella Coastal's catalog. It was so easy and stress free. I didn't have to run around to different stores looking for the items that Bella Coastal had with one stop shopping. It turned out beautiful and I'm getting comments all the time and they want to know where I found all this gems!! I've recommended your catalog to many of my friends and family.The ********************** is beyond exceptional. Had a wonderful experience with this company! In August I received the most beautiful clock for our newly expanded lanai. I left it in its original packing until our lanai was finished.Due to contractor delays it was not finished until yesterday. I opened the clock and sadly the clock mechanism was broken. I called Bella Coastal and they told me that I received this more than a month ago BUT they would extend the warranty as a courtesy. They shipped me a new clock this morning. I can't say enough about Bella Coastal. I have been a client for years, ordering many various decor items. Only once did an item arrived damaged. This was recently. Ive been a fan of Bella Coastal for many years. I just received my 4th bed ensamble from Bella Coastal and I love it! Great design and quality, as always. This was, however, my first time ordering wall decor. I ordered 7 pieces and am super happy with each one. Sadly, one piece arrived damaged, dang-it! I contacted customer support and within an hour had an email acknowledgment that a report had been generated and soon I would have a response from customer service. Within 24 hours I received confirmation that my replacement piece was on its way! I recently placed an order with Bella Coastal and gave them the wrong address. When I realized it, I emailed them to see if there is anything they could do to get it redirected, but it was too late.
