On September 30,2021 Classic carpet came out to remove old counter top and sinks and install new granite with sinks. After installation looking over the granite i noticed it was not the correct cut for the edge. I told the installer and he said to wait on paying the remaining balance that he will go back and talk to the owner. While carrying the new granite in or the old counter out they took chunks out of my brand new door in several areas and also scratched the wood floor on the second floor. They contacted me months later for payment and i told them the issue so she sent one of the owners out. He was extremely rude told me the edge i had ordered for the granite would not work so thats why they put a different edge on it without me being told. I have called, emailed Classic Carpet several times trying to resolve this issue. Would like for them to replace my front door and put the correct edge on the granite then i will pay the remaining balance.
