      ZERO STARS. Their internet pricing is a joke. My husband found a truck online for $33k and after being jerked around for over 2 hours they finally said the real price was $38k because we had to use their financingat 12%!!!! He said no thanks and left. A lady who said she was the internet manager started texting him and he told her about the first visit. She assured him that they would honor the internet price so we made another appointment to go backthinking we just had a bad sales guy the first time and this ***** ?? was texting to make amends and get our business back. The sales guy this morning said again the internet price of $33k would be honored. They all work for ***** is what we were told when asking why she wasnt helping us. We told him we had no trade in, he said oh good that makes things easier. We told him we had USAA financing, he said thats fine we dont need to go through dealer financing for that price. Sales manager comes out with a $38k price again! We said look weve done this already and were assured the internet price was what wed pay. His reply was well they dont have the authority to overrule me. I asked if he could bring the sales guy back over to stand in front of us and either lie to our face or lie to his about what was said - and he refused. Their fine print is vague enough that they can basically claim any reason to not honor the internet price. Theyre a scam. Avoid at all cost.

      If ZERO stars was an option...they earned it!I contacted them about a used truck. After receiving more information I decided to wait because I didn't feel like it was worth what they were asking. After they texted and emailed multiple times, I finally explained I felt it was worth $17,500 (this is a fair value according to KBB) and we would put 20% down. The salesperson agreed to this via text and asked us to come drive it....The next day my husband, I and our two little boys loaded up and drove 80 miles to get the truck. Before we left I texted one more time just to confirm ' $17,500 out the door including all taxes and fees. We would put 20% down'. The salesperson replied 'sounds good' and made us an appointment.We got to the dealership, test drove the pickup and went in to buy it. The sales manager came out and tried to tell me the price was $20,500! I showed him what we had been told via text....I had the whole thing in writing & he refused to honor it! We wasted our time and fuel...this dealership should be held accountable...this behavior shouldn't be legal!

      David Stanley, their service department, and their used car division should be ashamed of themselves. I needed my power steering looked at, at which point my technician said that it was a pressure switch was leaking and had caused my issues. Come to find out that it was instead a rack and pinion and power steering pump that was bad. My mechanic in Edmond said that, it should’ve been something they inspected when I complained about my power steering. Now there is a massive leak in my high pressure power steering hose and it was discovered that the pressure switch did not appear to have been replaced at all. So, what is it exactly that I paid for at David Stanley? Great question. I’ve tried to contact their two general sales managers and neither of them will call me back. Go figure. So, if you want to spend your hard earned money at a dealership that doesn’t have either incompetent or deceitful service department staff, choose ANY other dealership.

      Advertise deep price cuts on new vehicles. When you start to deal on the vehicle almost no one qualifies for most of the discounts. In the advertised price it doesn't say anything about discounts being used to get to that price. Very dishonest. Pretty much a bait and switch.

      I came to David Stanley Dodge on 4/10/2024 after being approved through *********** financing. I advised the sales person ****** that I don't want to finance with anyone else but ************ They lied initially when i asked about the car that i was wanting and told me it was loaned out. They said they could still get the process started with the deal. After almost 2 hours the sales person came back and said that I wasn't approved and I needed a cosigner. I called *********** and was advised that they never submitted the information to *********** where i was already approved. There practices are very misleading and discriminatory.

      Bad experience Found price of vehicle on Saturday @ 8AM. Contacted dealership and spoke with salesman. Confirmed price was current and that there were no contingencies with the price. When arrived at dealership salesman was switched to someone I had not be working with on phone. Car bought out dirty and needing fuel. When finally met with sales manager for price the price changed by 2k and required trade-in and financing with dealership for the price. ****** out screenshot of price and made clear that spoke with salesman and was informed no contingencies with the price. Requested the salesman I spoke with on the phone come over and he was conveniently gone. Sales manager dropped the requirement for financing with dealership but would not honor price they advertised. Classic false advertising. Avoid this dealership.

      Went here with my husband, we looked up their website price for a vehicle and was told it was ***** more than the website price. They didnt want to honor or even acknowledged the website price and when we tried to show the salesman the website online ,HE TOOK OUR ***** AND WENT TO ****** AND LEFT HIMSELF A FIVE STAR REVIEW LOL WHO DOES THAT????? HE HAD THE ***** FOR 5 MINS ????? We were sitting there like what is this man doing???

      Avoid this dealership at all cost - they are a scam. I was going to buy a vehicle and finally agreed to pay their asking price and asked to put a hold deposit on the vehicle as I live out of state, but was told they would not take a hold (this was Saturday evening). I called first thing Monday to make arrangements to travel and purchase the vehicle that afternoon and now they say there is a hold on the vehicle. There is something fishy going on here. As others have recommended, save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

      Worst car buying experience of my life. I had pre approval and they were unwilling to give the bank a sales agreement for ** to sign papers. They are extremely shady. Please save yourself and don't go here.
