      On December 23, 2023 at 11:07AM, I paid Yer Khang the amount of $185.00 for two Laotian Outfits through Venmo. I sent her a screenshot of my payment and address (******************************************************) along with a request of a signature confirmation through ******** Messenger. On Dec. 25, 2023, she sent me a mailing label with a tracking number for my package. The label states the wrong address: *************************************************************. I told *************** that, that is not my address. She ensured me that she had talked to the post office and made the correction. On Dec. 29, 2023, I checked the tracking number on the label and the postal office online stated that my package had arrived on Dec. 29, 2023 at 9:12AM, so I called the postal office using the tracking number provided by *************** and the postal office confirmed that the package was not sent to my address of ************************************************************. Also, the postal office representative shared that no signature confirmation requested on this package. I messaged *************** through ******** messenger providing my phone number for her to call me, butshe never called me. Later she message me that the postal office tend to make these mistake, so for me to wait a few more days and see what happens. Jan. 3, I still did not received my package, so I contacted *** again about it and asked for a refund. She sent me a voice message stating that she is at work and will tell her husband to go to the post office and if my package was not sent to me, she will issue me a refund. I responded by stating that if I dont hear from her or receive my package by ***. 5, 2024, I will proceed to the next legal procedure. Jan. 3rd was my last contact with ***************. I still have not gotten my refund or package. On Jan. 10, 2024, I talked to Golden 1 ************* they issue me a temporary amount of $185.00 while they do their investigation. On Feb. 26, 2024, Golden 1 took the money back ($185) stating that *************** had sent the package to me.

      We told her once we track the package if they can't find it we will refund her. But when we were raedy to refund her, she has block us and we have no way of paying back. There's no way of getting a hold of her. Please ask her how she wants to us to pay it back to her. We can't find the package and wanted to pay her back but she block us and theres no way for us to paying her back. We can't get a hold of her. We been calling but we can't get through to her.

      I asking for information please. I never once said I wasn't going to refund her. I told her to provide me where am I going to refund to. But can't get through. Do you want me to bring the refund to you guys a BBB so you cand send to her? Let me know. I never refuse to pay her. She never give me the chance. Tell where?
