On January 18th I rented a vehicle in *********** ******** I extended that rental via text email and phone calls. I started receiving phony emails phone calls and text messages claiming that the vehicle had to be turned in and that I had stolen a vehicle. At one point time I received a phone call telling me that because I had had it for more than 30 days that the rental had to be renewed and it was expired and all people are required to renew their rental after 30 days then I talked to a few *** agents that said that they had had Enterprise Rental Vehicles for 8 months at a time and nobody ever called them saying that they had to renew the rental agreement after 30 days none of it made any sense even though attorney ********************* was trying to sound professional and legal he's nothing more than a moron, as he impersonated an employee of Enterprise. When I reach the ****************** and I was in ******************** I was arrested for being in a vehicle that was listed as stolen. My charges are receiving stolen property of more than $5,000. I have been told that when I rented the vehicle from *********** ******** it was a stolen vehicle from *******. The arresting officer is Officer ******************************* who shared with me that I did not have a warrant for my arrest and he was unable to find the vehicle listed in the ncic it mysteriously and miraculously showed up while he was parked behind me. You will see that there is a phony recovery company that claims Enterprise Rental contracted them to collect the vehicle proof that he killed the company doesn't even exist my ex-husband ************************* made the company up. You will see that it's ******************* who called officer ******************************* and ****** when said that I had stolen the vehicle. Lying to a police officer is a felony and I have to go to a court of law on November 16th to defend myself because I didn't know I was renting a stolen automobile. Your employees were yelling and screaming at me
