  I came across the ********************************* website when I was looking to purchase a Siamese kitten. The seller told me the kitten would cost $700 plus another $200 in shipping but that I only needed to pay $850 via PayPal. I was told to pay it via Friends and Family through PayPal otherwise the payment would take 21 days to process and the kitten might be sold to someone else by then. The next day I was told that the kitten was dropped off at the airport but the people at the airport told the seller that the carrier the kitten was in was too small and that I needed to rent a specialty larger temperature controlled crate due to the extreme/bad weather. When I finally found out how much the crate would cost they said $999-3200 depending on how comfortable I want the kitten to be. I explained that I didnt have that kind of money and they said they would reimburse me 95% of it once they landed and I explained that it didnt change the fact that I didnt have the money. I was actually scolded by the seller for not having the money from the crate because he told me about it and I explained that he didnt tell me it would be $999-3200 or I would have canceled the sale right then. I then received an email from the shipping company offering to ship the kitten without the specialty crate but the next day was told that offer was rescinded due to the extreme/bad weather. I pointed out that planes have temperature controlled compartments so a speciality crate isnt needed (the weather was ***** and sunny both theres and where I live for the next there days!) and the airport worker told me to split the cost with the seller and I told the seller to cancel the sale and refund my money. Shipping as many pets as their site claims AND the fact that their site says the kittens are shipped in a temperature controlled part of the ship you would think they would know what type of carrier is needed. The seller and airline have not responded since. I need a refund!

  I am rejecting this response because: my stolen money and taking down the ENTIRE fraudulent WEBSITE is the main issue here! Just taking down the number when the website has a contact us form that a person can fill out means nothing. The site is a SCAM!! No one should use the site or give them money because they will LOSE THEIR MONEY!! The seller will contact you by text, tell you your kitten will be shipped, say they dropped it off at the airport, then the airport workers will tell you they need $999-3200 more for a specialty temp controlled crate to ship your pet even though the pet will be in a temp controlled compartment!! How does a seller that has shipped many cats before not know the type of crate the kitten needs to be in before its shipped?? Both the seller and shippers site say the animal will be shipped in a temperature controlled compartment JUST LIKE THE ***** so why does the kitten need a temperature controlled crate? Others have said the airline then says they need you to pay for insurance to ship your pet but it will NEVER ARRIVE! Please do not be scammed by these people like I was!! Everything they say is a lie! DO NOT pay them or ANY OTHER seller through PayPal Friends & Family unless youre ready to lose your money because the seller will NOT respond to you and PayPals policy means PayPal wont refund you! The only acceptable resolution is a refund and the site taken down.
