I ordered parts from here for a Nissan truck. The part numbers on the outside of the box were correct. The dealership installed the parts (mirror) and it started coming up with an error code on the truck. We took it back to the dealership and they said the mirror was the wrong mirror. They contacted this company we ordered it from and they said it would have to be a warranty claim because it was installed already. They gave us a form to fill out and a box to send it in. We mailed it at our own cost and they received it on 9/11/24 they said it would be likely 3 weeks and we would get a refund. I called back at 3 weeks and they said they didn’t have a result yet, it would be 3 more weeks. I called at 6 weeks and they said they still didn’t have a response from Nissan and they couldn’t refund the money yet. This was an expensive part and they sent the wrong one and they have still not given me my money back even though they’ve had the part back for over 6 weeks! The delay in processing the warranty claim was due to the customer purchasing the first mirror and a different person purchased the second mirror. When the paperwork was submitted to Nissan, we had to correspond with them multiple times to explain why the names on the two invoices were different. After submitting all documentation to Nissan and explaining the situation surrounding the purchases, the warranty claim was approved and the customer was refunded yesterday at 10:50 AM to her PayPal acocunt.
