I am feeling scammed by this company. On September 18,2024 my driver notified me that he was broke down in my company truck and said the vehicle was running hot around 8pm at night. Anytime Anywhere Truck Repair arrived and took a look at the truck and informed my driver that the truck needed a water tank they had to order the part and will be back in the morning. They informed us that they charge $259.00 an hour from their shop to where the truck was broken down. We agreed for them to do the water tank. On September 19,2024 the repairman fixed water tank. They then informed my driver that now our hose was bad and needed replacement. Keep in mind they then have to order the part and drive to get it. We are still being charged by the hour. Since the driver was stranded on the road we agreed to go ahead and get it done since they were already working on the truck. The driver talked to them and asked if they can take money off since they were charging by the hour and didn’t notice the other item that needed replaced. They charged me $2,225.14 after they agreed to take off $200.00 and said they only take cash, Zelle, efs check, t check and one check. We paid them through Zelle. Sending a payment of 725.14 and $1500.00. On September 21,2024 The driver made it to Kansas City and for the last couple of days was smelling coolant and seen it leaking. We then took the truck to dealership and they informed us that we needed to replace the hose, it needed coolant replaced in which this is what that shop had already charged us for and even written it on their receipt , the dealership informed us the hose was mangled up that anytime anywhere truck repair put on our truck. Along with some other things that needed to be fixed. I am uploading both receipts. I honestly feel like I was scammed because how did they fix the hose and the dealership told me that I needed new hose? It wasn’t even 48 hours since this place suppose to have changed the hose.Initial Complaint

On Sunday August 4th at about 6pm my 2011 jaguar XJL ran hot on Council rd.,I Googled Foreign auto repair and this business popped up and they were open when I called, they said that they would come and pick me and my mom up with the vehicle, get us to a hotel and get the car to the shop so that the mechanic could take a look at it first thing Monday morning, it all sounded good like a blessing until they kept my car for 3 days and billed me $2,000.00 for a water pump, serpentine belt and a hose connector, when we picked up our car we made it just a few miles and the car ran hot again and so they came and towed it back to the shop and kept it all week long charged me $4,000.00 additional dollars for some work that should have been done at first,..these guy's have messed up my vehicle and I have spent too much money for them to be experimenting with my car, I cursed these guys for the pathetic job that they have done and they called the police on me and said that I threatened them, so now I have to have the police present when I want to see about my car ,these guys are a diesel repair shop and they are not certified to work on Foreign vehicles, I want all my money back and have them reimburse me for the hotels, meals, and the 2 rental cars I have had to rent due to their incompetence, I'm a Texas resident so please reach out to me asap because we need immediate help to resolve this because these guys are taking their time trying to fix a problem that they have not been trained to do, I called jaguar and they said my bill should not have been no more than $3,300.00 for a complete cooling system repair not $6,000.00 , my vehicle is still at the shop and I am not paying them another dime and I don't want them touching it anymore, I want it sent to Yukon to the car experts so that they can correct all of the errors , ***** please call me asap at ************ and I will tell you anything that I may have left out, I've got to check out of this hotel at 1230 pmInitial Complaint

This business was called to work on a tractor we had down. They said they had the equipment and could work on the tractor. He had me sign a release to work on the tractor. He spent an hour on the property and most of it was spent sitting in his truck. He did not know how to work on the tractor or have all of the correct equipment to work on it. He said he knew what parts it needed and he needed a card on file to order parts and they would be overnighted to us. Two days went by and we didnt hear anything from him so I called to figure out what was going on because my card was charged $2,174 and I hadnt heard anything from him. When I called him, he said that the parts could take 2-5 weeks to come in. I asked him what happened to being overnighted and he said thats just what happened. I told him that wouldnt work for us and to refund the amount for parts. He told us that he wasnt going to refund us. I told him I was going to dispute the charges and he told me to get ******. I disputed the charges with my bank and he decided to take my signature from the release to work form and forge it on a receipt. We never received parts and no work was done on our equipment. He is a scam and does not need to be in business. If a refund does not get to us, legal action will be taken.Business response

ordered the parts and had the parts but did not come in time that he wanted and he was upset
we dispatched the tech - we dont specifically work on tractors

I am rejecting this response because: I want a refund. The parts that we paid for have never come in or been received. No work was done on our equipment. I specifically asked if they could work on tractors and they stated they could and had the correct equipment. If a refund is not given, legal action will be taken.

The boss sat there, cussed me out screaming at me. Who does that all? Im trying to do is get my husbands paycheck. I told him if I needed to I would get an attorney then he starts screaming and yelling at me that is not OK and that is not how I would run a business.Customer response

I had a simple repair needed on my trailer and the tech arrived on at 3pm, it's now 3am and I'm still waiting on him to complete the billing.. The tech is rude and not communicating with me (the driver) on the repair time or giving an ETA on completion.
