Comfort Maker air conditioner installed about April 2020 stopped working about 8 August 2024 by which the temperature within the applicable home stayed about (91 degrees F 24 hours for about a week; however, the Dealer, Ai, was not able to provide service for almost a week. Air Comfort Solutions was able to respond in just two days. Air Comfort replaced the broken part and charged $237 for such. I emailed at least twice International Comfort Products (ICP) asking how to submit for warranty reimbursement - they still have not responded to these emails. On 19 August 2024 I phoned International Comfort Products (phone number listed on the Warranty page is not in service) - found another phone # - the ICP woman responded that I must go through the dealer. I then phoned the dealer who responded that I must go through ICP. I again phoned ICP (9:23 am CT) with man responding that I must submit through the installer who would submit to the distributor. I then phoned Air Comfort Solutions who referred me to their corporate phone number at which I had to leave a message.Business response
