On Oct. 26,2021 I took my Zodiac Gmt Automatic Watch purchased in 1966 to CNS Jewelry 'repair Located in Sooner Fashion Mall Norman,Oklahoma to be cleaned and oiled. I was told that it would take 5 to 6 weeks. I was surprised when 5 days later they called to say my watch was ready.. When I got there I was charged $133. before the Lady would give me my watch. Unfortunately it was not my watch. It was a "pos " watch that did not even run, had the wrong crown and it was evident that it was a cobbled mess. I told them it was not my watch, this one didn't even run. I told the counter man I wanted my watch back. My watch is worth $1200. to $2000 and the watch they tried to give me maybe $5.00 if it ran. They keep telling my watch isn't ready yet. I have been back 3 times . Not once have they called me. They have either lost, sold, or possibly stolen my watch. RESOLUTION wanted...My watch back..It was a watch purchased on USNS Watertown, an Apollo Space Flight tracking Ship in 1966 or the real monetary value.

We have this customer's watch. It was never lost, sold or stolen. Per the customer's request, we are waiting on a replacement part. Records show that on October 18, 2021 this customer brought us a non-running Zodiac watch purchased in the 1960's for less than a hundred dollars. Upon inspection, the watch needed to be cleaned, oiled and adjusted and we quoted the customer a price of $95. He approved the servicing. Eleven days later, we called the customer and told him his watch was ready. On November 1, 2021, the customer picked-up the watch and signed for it, indicating the watch was his and in good running order. With tax, he paid a total of $103.31.
The next day the customer returned with the watch and stated it was running but losing a little time. However, he was now claiming that the watch was not his. Regardless, we took the watch in for warranty repair. Upon inspection, our watchmaker discovered that the date set-lever was now bent and needed replacing, probably as a result from improperly setting the day or date on the watch. Even though we were not responsible for the set-lever being bent, we informed the customer as part of our one-year warranty, we would replace it at no additional charge, but it may take some time to locate one because replacement parts for that old and unusual of a watch can be very difficult to find. Also, as part of our one-year warranty, the customer could at any time request we return his watch and we would refund the full price of the repair.
