My initial review of Vyvue would have been 1 star. I was new to Solar in June 2023, but since I am a satisfied Vivint Customer (Security System), I felt I could go with Vyvue for Solar Installation due to their association with Vivint. I also went through numerous people and unreturned phone calls during the installation process. I was not a happy customer. My attitude was completely changed once I started dealing with ************** My calls and texts were answered, Customer Support with ************** has been very good. i marked 4 stars on the rating due to the initial dealings with personnel. My current review of Vyvue today would be 5 Stars.Review from Lorena H

If you have Craig as your installer you are in great hands. He was very professional with us and he made sure everything was done accordingly. He answered every question we had and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left.

The experience started off bad for 2 months with very little communication on progress they said the person in charge of my case is no longer their. But ***** took over and i finally got ahold of him and things since have gotten better also ***** took over for someone else on my case and he has communicated and helped me get matters resolved it seems leadership is heading in the right directionReview from Elizabeth L

Vyvue installed AND had inspection completed all in one day. They were extremely kind and professional during the entire process. They have kept me completely informed with each and every step. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Vyvue for making the project so easy. I would not hesitate to refer my family, friends or neighbors to Vyvue.Vyvue Response

I started my solar contract in May of 2023 it didnt take long to get the roof completed and panels on the roof, but after a couple failed inspections for the meter they finally got it up and running late October. Still havent had any luck with the spray foam insulation had a guy come out and tell me it was supposed to be fiberglass spray in insulation, but the system design does call for spray foam. Other than that all I seem to get is upper management has been notified. I have paid quite a bit of money on it already, and now its tax season one of the main reasons I did it in the first place. Now Im not sure if I can claim the solar tax rebate this year as the improvements to the house in the contract are still incomplete. I will say Ive had a better costumer service experience with the newer guys, ***** in particular, but still wouldnt recommend them to anyone else.Review from Megan P

Admittedly, the beginning of my relationship with Vyvue was a little ****** I was informed that from start to finish, from installation to powering on the system, could take up to ******************************************** November of 2023 and was told that the next step was to have the city inspection completed. After this, I experienced radio silence all the while assuming that I was waiting for a city inspector to come to my house and inspect the system. I was told this part of the process has been notoriously difficult to schedule. Then, after the city inspection was completed and passed, the electric company would have to come out to install a meter. I was also told the electric company has been dragging its feet in this process. After weeks of silence and no word from any city inspector, I began to wonder whether I was supposed to schedule the city inspection or if Vyvue was supposed to schedule it. I reached out to every contact that I had on this project until I was able to speak to someone. Finally, I was able to reach *****, Vyvues new operations manager, and he completely turned this experience around for me! ***** was and is extremely professional, attentive, and helpful. He promptly sent out an electrician, *******, who meticulously went over my entire system himself to ensure that I would pass inspection and then proceeded to schedule the inspection that day. I could go on as there were a couple of more bumps in the road (mostly involving the city and electric company nothing within Vyvues control), but suffice it to say that ***** was very communicative and made sure I was taken care of for the remainder of the process. My understanding is that the Vyvue *** office is under new management. As part of that new management, ***** is trying very hard to turn things around, make changes, and implement more accountability processes. My experience with Vyvue and ***** definitely reflects those efforts to move Vyvue in a positive direction.Review from Sammy M

My name is *****. I give this company a 5 star because of the new management in ***. The previous people took several months and didnt get anything done or completed. I had to call, text and email with always hearing about problems. After the new manager (*****) took over he made sure the ball got rolling and the quality of service is excellent.Review from Katie K

I have been waiting for 5 months now for the inspection of my solar panels. No one call's back, no commutation what so ever. This project is now going on 7 months and still no solar power. I now have roof ornaments That does no tricks. They really put me in a financial bind, paying for something that does NOT work. They won't even finish the project. I now call weekly just to get hung up on. I will file a compliant with BBB.Vyvue Response

I'm sorry for the delay. I'm not sure what phone number you have called and have been hung up on, however if you need to contact us our customer service number is ************. Your project was installed by a sub contractor, *******************, and we where not advised that it was not complete. They are ABOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They were eager to take my money, but when it came to customer service AFTER my purchase, HORRIBLE! Their customer service agents are THE MOST unprofessional people! Their installers shorted me a solar panel, and I am fighting against all odds to get them back out here to get the last one installed. Today, they were supposed to be here at EIGHT THIRTY to spray in foam insalivation. No one called me to tell me they were going to be late. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO GET ANY KIND OF ACTION. It's almost ELEVEN O'CLOCK and still NO calls, NO ONE here. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!Vyvue Response

I am so sorry that you have had a poor experience with Vyvue so far. We have worked hard over the last few weeks to make changes to our organization that are already having a positive effect on our operations. I have pulled up our post-installation photos and I see that you have all 11 solar panels, as your agreement states. The 3rd party installation crew that had previously only installed 10 panels is no longer working with Vyvue. Please feel free to reach out with any other questions or concerns that you may have, as we want to make it a priority that you are satisfied!
