We were supposed to have our car fixed Thursday 11/10/ 2022 be able to pick it up. Instead, we got an excuse on why we couldn't get it but for sure tomorrow the 11/11/2022. We just were wafting on a part that had already come but broke so when they sent the replacement, they didn't send the seal! So, this morning I called and verified that the part came so we would be in good shape to get our car back today since they are closed over the weekend. When I called to verify, they received the part, he answered, "well I didn't ask if they had it in hand, but they are working on your car now." I said, okay so then it's safe to say they got it, and we will have no problems with getting it today, right?" ***** said," that's my goal." So, after hours go by, we call and check on everything and again we get I'm over 50% sure you will have your car today. Then after hours go by and still have not heard anything we call again and say it won't be ready until Monday and we can't give you a loaner car either. So, my spouse tells them no, we have a 2-year-old who's sick, he has flu b and rsv and two other kids to take care of, we need a car. ***** said, let me make a call and I'll call you back, 10 minutes before they close, I call and they tell me we can't get a loaner car, and we won't have the car ready until Monday. I asked, " ***** why wont the car be ready until Monday?" He responds with, "We don't have the part, it didn't come in." However, each time we called, they told us they were working on the car at that very moment, which we called a few times, hours in-between. So from 9am this morning until 5:50 PM, we were lied to all day, instead of just shooting it straight, and let us know we would need to make prior arrangements because the part came once, they broke it, re ordered it, but didn't get all the parts, and failed to let us know to make prior arrangements!! I get things happen, but to lie to us all day until 10 mintues before close, is horrible!
