Window World from start to finish was great. The presentation, final measure, ordering, and installation went as it was explained to us. The arrival of the order took less time than expected. The installation was precise and clean. We had half of our windows done in October 24. Plan to do other half next year.Review from Bill A

18 years ago we purchased windows from Window World because of their design and quality and life-time warranty. Eighteen years later we had some issues with some windows and called W/W for replacements. They took the order, turned in the work order and in as short time set up a time to make the repairs. **** showed up at the time designated with all the necessary parts and had the work done in no time. He was very friendly, prepared and professional. It was a pleasure having him in the home. After 18 years, Window World honored their commitment to the life-time warranty and I am very happy and pleased with them. I highly recommend Window World!Review from Sandy W

Window World was exceptional to work with in purchasing 12 windows for my home. The whole process was extremely easy. For each step, they had professionals understand each step. After installation, the house was also cooler inside. I have received several compliments on how good the windows look from the outside and the inside. Its easy to give 5 stars.Review from Steve L

I was very pleased with the way this company does business not to mention the professional workmanship done when installing my windows. They were perfectly installed and all the features on the windows for the money is not heard of these days. Guess there still are good businesses producing quality work for a reasonable price. They provide financing too at a 0% interest for 18 months and they do offer other financing options. I love my new windows!! Window World did a great job with our new windows. Communication was easy with the sales consultant to ***** the instalation specialist. ***** did a great job with the window instalation and gave us some advice on keeping the windows in tiptop condition. **** ****** was a great service technician. He took his time to make sure my active panel on my patio door was installed perfectly. When he was finishing up, he asked if we had windows through **. We do and have been very pleased with them. I did mention that we had some safety latches that were broken and he took a look at it and told me he would mail them to me and showed me how to install them.
