I contacted ****** about a title. She quoted me a price of $275. The next time I talked to her she said it would be $350. When asked about the difference she laughed and said she must have felt generous that day and she really didn't care the price has went up. Pay it or go somewhere else. I paid $350 in April 2023 and was told it would *********** weeks. It has now been a year with many calls to her about the title to be put off, told it was almost ready, any day now, ignored, and now her number no longer works.Initial Complaint

I paid Regina's Titles $300 to get a title 42 on my son totaled vehicle. I paid in April 2023. I was told it would take 16 weeks to get the title 42. I was told multiple times it's on the way. It hasn't happened yet. It is now February 26, 2024. I still do not have the title 42. I called in ******* was told to call back the next day at 3. My call was rejected. They do not have a voice-mail. I have been texting almost daily. All my text are being ignored! It's been almost a year. Now nothing and we are stuck in limbo trying to get an insurance check to get another vehicle.Initial Complaint

Over a year ago I started the process to get a title and was repeatedly ignored or when someone would respond was told it would take more time. They pulled full payment and still after over a year no title and little contact to remedy the situation.Initial Complaint

October 2021 paid for titles for 3 vehicles. Was told it would be ***** weeks due to Covid delays at state level. Since then I have called every two months. Been given every excuse up to and including hospital stays last communication was with the son who said he would follow up and for me to call last Monday 12/4/23 for update. No answer and phone goes straight to a recording that says it has not had voice mail set up I sold two of the vehicles with the understanding I would receive titles before the transaction completed. It did Not happen I am seeking the titles or a complete refund immediatelyInitial Complaint

I paid for a title 42 on a fifth wheel camper back on March 7th, 2023. I paid $295. I have made several contact requests for the last two or three months, but they will not get back with me. I feel they took my money and did not provide the services for which I paid. They have given no updates, which I have requested many times. I have uploaded the text chain as well as my receipt for payment.Initial Complaint

I filed for a title through ****** on January 2023 & paid $300. I was a given the run around for over 6 months just to be told I needed to pay an extra $100 to speed up the process & make the judge happy so I paid it. & it took another 2 months after being ignored, hung up on, mainly didnt even answer during this whole process. After all this I only received a court order & after taking it to the tag agency I found out it wasnt even a title 42 that I now have to still send it to the state for ************* will be another lengthy amount of time. Come to find out this business isnt even licensed to be filing title ***.Initial Complaint

In October 2021, I filed for a court ordered title on a vehicle that had been in my possession for more than 2 years and considered abandoned but did not have a title. I paid $364 for this service to ******(the price has since increased to $395). I frequently sent her messages and could not get responses. I was finally able to get a response in February ************************************************************************************************************************ 6 weeks. It is now June 13th and I have reached out multiple times. I now have a car that is not registered or tagged in the state I am in that I cannot drive because she has failed to file for the title. She initially told me it would take approximately 8 weeks to complete this process in October when i paid for the service. I have spoken with the tag agency who verified nothing has been filed on behalf of that VIN number for the car. She will no longer return my calls, text messages or emails. She took payment over the phone so I do not have a receipt but I do have the report from my card.
