Around June 25 the air conditioner upstairs quit working, we called the warranty *** and they sent out this company to fix the problem, But as you can see in the pictures below the wires are on the outside of the unit, we questioned it but they said it was just fine. So a couple of days later the downstairs air conditioner went out, we called the warranty *** and they sent out the same company. So they said that the capacitor went out and it needed to be replace, Not even a day later the downstairs air conditioner went out again. Same routine called the warranty *** Once again they sent out the same Company, So know they say the compressor went out and needs replaced, and finally a week later it's installed. So once again not even a day or two later we noticed that the air downstairs started blowing hot air, and we went to look at the unit and noticed that the compressor had froze up and the capacitor was too. (which you can see in the pictures below) we called them several times and they keep saying that it needed maintenance, well their the people that can do the maintenance so it should of been done before they installed the new a equipment. We called them several times and the office manager was supposed to call us back and we never heard one word from them, meanwhile it's blistering hot. So we had another company come out and inspect what they did the first thing was the wires on the outside of the unit is very dangerous and that somebody could die if they touched it, the second is that they either over filled or under filled the compressor, third is that on the inside of the unit their is two liquid filters in there that should of been replaced and to and they only replaced one when they should of replaced both. There could be a law suit on the upstairs unit with the wires on the outside of the unit instead of being in it's proper place, and we did not get warranty papers for the products installed All we want is it FIXED the right way. thank you
