I was in the room for approximately 2 hours when I noticed bites on my arm and found bed bugs. The lady at the front desk didn't seem concerned at all about this issue and offered no compensation whatsoever and refused to refund my moneyBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/13) */ Hotel staff inspected the guest room in question today. No evidence of any pest control issues was found. Hotel will have guest room treated for bedbugs as a precautionary measure. Clerk noted that guest spent 1/2 day at the pool before alleging complaint. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/07/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I checked into the room approximately 4-4:30 pm and left after finding the bed bugs on the bed approximately 6:30 pm. I did include the pictures I took of the bed bugs on the bed.Initial Complaint

On April 16th I rented room 158 from trade winds hotel here in tulsa. I wasn't in the room long when I noticed the picture on the wall had cockroaches between the picture and glass. Then I was sitting there talking to a friend and noticed two bed bugs crawling on the bed. My friend was bit all down her arm which I took pictures of. I told the front desk and they finally gave me another room. This room has no microwave and no refrigerator it's disgusting. Now I have to figure out what to do with my luggage and clothes that very likely could be infested with bed bugs. I had nowhere else to go so I'm forced to stay in the second room they gave me. But have been up all night sitting in a chair because I'm not laying on one of these beds.
