I rented 2 farm tables, 16 Louis chairs, 2 pipes, and 2 bases for Saturday, August 13th. I was advised that the setup was apart of the fee I paid. The drivers originally brought the wrong chairs then did not complete the setup when they returned. I called the company to advise what has happened and received no response. When their delivery drivers returned on Monday, August 15th to pickup the items I rented, they not only picked up their things, but also took a base that belonged to my small business. The company was notified as soon as the error was noticed that day. I was told that it did not happened but their drivers were the only ones that had access to the items that day. I was told 2 trucks went out that day but only one truck was searched and the company refused to allow me to look through their inventory to see if they'd placed my property with theirs. The owner has YET to return my call and no real concern is being given to my missing property for my business.
