Atlas Homes has been a great company to work with and has a very good reputation in the area from everyone I've talked to. They do what they say they will do and move things along quickly. As a first time home buyer, the process can be intimidating. ****** was able to help every step of the way, any question I had she was ready with a response, any issue that came up with my lender she was able to handle. My wife and I started our RE investing with one of their deals. And since then, weve done over a half dozen more. We actively reach out to them for more opportunities because theyve done it right each and every time. From finding great deals in highly desirable neighborhoods to excellent communication throughout the whole process, Atlas Homes closes quickly and finds value for their investors. After working with other businesses and companies in this space, I cant say this for everyone.Review from christina f

My 99 year old father reached out to ****** about selling his house in 2022. He wasnt quite ready to downsize then but they stayed in touch. When he decided to make the move to assisted living, we felt like the offer from Atlas Homes was too low. We listed it on Zillow For Sale by Owner. That turned out to be a headache and a waste of time. We did get it under contract a couple of times at our asking price, but the buyers couldnt perform. After the frustration of dealing with empty promises, I reached back out to ******. We made a game plan and she was able to come up to the number that I needed. ATLAS HOMES cleaned out the property with the belongings that were left and took care of everything. It was a seamless process and stress-free. ****** even came to the nursing home for closing so my Dad didnt have to travel to the title company. If you are looking for a fair, reasonable, and smooth transaction look no further than ATLAS HOMES.Review from Richard M

I found Amanda ****** of Atlas Homes to be very considerate, respectify and professional to work with when it became necessary to sell my brothers home. She was more than considerate in allowing the time needed to distribute, donate and sell my brother's "stuff".
