I received a check from a car dealership for selling my car. This bank is the bank the dealership uses. I sold my car Saturday morning so I then went to the bank that says is open online. I also called before I came to ensure they were open. Once I arrived to the bank only the drive thru was open and they refused to cash my check and said I have to come back Monday. This bank is 15 miles from my house and is only open 8:30am-5pm. They are holding my funds which is unacceptable! They have waited my time and my gas mileage!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/03/11) */ Firstar Bank has communicated with Mr. **** via phone and confirmed he cashed the check at our Tulsa location on Monday, February 14, 2022. Mr. **** indicated he was initially upset he could not cash the check on Saturday, February 12, 2022. Firstar Bank limits the amount of cash dispensed through the drive-thru outside of normal weekday hours. Mr. **** stated there were no service issues with the teller and that he had no additional issues or concerns.
