  Hired to tear out and repave driveway, sidewalk, front porch, and back patio in May 2020. Work completed in May 2020. Crack running length of front porch appeared in the Fall of 2020. At the time, thought it was in isolated event and was planning on staining that area so patched it myself and stained the area hoping the stain would conceal the crack. In January/February of 2021 cracking began at end of driveway on each side. Contacted ****** on February 20, 2021 informing him of cracks. He responded saying he would come out the following week which he did not. Sent pictures on March 3rd and exchanged texts/calls and meet nearly 2 1/2 months later on May 4th to look at cracks. Offered a resolution of: 1) cut new seam where the 1st crack was on the front porch then tear out and repour concrete from that new seam to next seam thus removing crack and 2) patch cracks at the end of driveway. We agreed to these terms at that time. Texts/emails exchanged from May until September when ****** stated he would have a crew in ****** on September 17th but they never showed up. Texts/calls have been left unanswered since September 17th. Driveway cracks have gotten bigger and is now chipping. Have had concrete contractors come out to view cracks and give quote on repair but they have refused saying it should not have cracked this soon (6-7 months after completion) and he should come out and cut out and repour areas affected. We seek a resolution to this issue that has aged for nearly a year since contacting ******. Original resolution will no longer be accepted. We not only want the porch area affected cut out and repoured from new seam to seam, we want a new seam cut in the driveway and the areas affected by the cracks tore out and repaired correctly to avoid cracking in the immediate future again. Either ************* can complete this work or we can get quotes from others and ****** can pay. We just want it fixed!
